    HOW DOES THE CITISERVICES WORK?

    We know consumers want more coordination and transparency into their service provider, pricing, and the work being done before booking. And that’s what we’re providing. We are combining Amazon’s pricing transparency and customer experience with the convenience and efficiency of proprietary on-demand booking applications like Uber.

    WHAT IS THE CITISERVICES CONCIERGE?

    A CitiServices Concierge is the lead project manager who will be your main point of contact throughout the entire renovation process. They will oversee your materials orders, assign the Builder team, keep the process on track and budget, and take care of any unforeseen issues to ensure you have a seamless and worry-free experience.

    DO YOU FINANCE?

    We have several trusted partners that offer to finance your home improvement projects. Work with your project manager to get pre-approved. If you decide to move forward, you can submit a full loan application and be approved within two business days.

    WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?

    Naturally, we do not want anything to go wrong during your project. But sometimes problems do occur. That is why we have a dedicated project manager assigned to your project, and he/she is always ready to address any unforeseen developments. If you have any concerns about your project, you should contact the project manager and let him/her take the lead and make sure your issues are addressed without any delay.
